This program was designed in order to give the students the chance to get the knowledge and practice of the Peruvian and international gastronomy. Once graduated, the student will be a leader in the management of a kitchen and of his own business, with high standards and skills to solve problems, innovate and implement entrepreneurial projects.

 
 


The student will be able to:

- Use national and international culinary techniques
- Use pastry and bakery basic knowledge
- Learn the necessary knowledge for the planning of the
  production area related to costs, purchases, and work gear
  handling
- Knowledge about nutrition, food handling, and kitchen
